everything's coming up roses

i am busy crocheting flowers for my class next week at litet nystan. i will be showing three basic designs that should be fairly easy to learn. this rose was knit in kid silk haze, which makes it very delicate and small. but i also made a version using thicker mohair yarn, which produces a more robust flower....
