Sorry, but I wanted to correct the categorisation of this venue. Cotton's is a bar, not a restaurant. Food is limited to pretty simple pub grub. I went to the new House of Blues and Jazz last week, and it was even better than the old one. This just-off-the Bund venue had a classy but hip atmosphere and the crowd is a good mix of local and foreign.
