I have been having a hard time finding a good webhost for my Rails app. I have tried a shared hosting provider and a virtual private server provider but haven‘t been happy with either. Keyword searches in Firefox

Apparently not everyone knows of this great firefox feature. You can register a keyword for a search service and use it directly in the address bar e.g. you could register ‘g‘ as the keyword for Google and enter ‘g hello‘. Moved to Linux

I finally moved over to Linux. I‘ve been wanting to do this for months, and last week I decided to just stop using Windows. It took me a few days to get everything working, but I‘m pretty much setup now. I‘m running Fedora Core 2 on my Compaq Evo N800c laptop. It installed very easily.
