How to Move List of Keywords Above Story Text?

currently in the standard "wistie" theme, the keywords applied to stories are shown at the bottom of the news article. i'd like to move them to the top, between the headline and the news article text. i'd like to keep the "comments," "share," "tell a friend," etc. links at the bottom. i just want to move the tags.i've searched through all the template ... Posted stories directly to Published

i did search on the forum and tried everything but i couldnt get it to workto automatically put posted stories to the published (bypass upcoming)i set votes to publish = 1autovote = 1 set in categories, vote to publish =1i registered a new acc and posted a story and the result was:story still in upcoming storiesit has 1 vote------------------... Understanding the Front page sorting?

i am a chinese, to re-login after installation:the language file /languages/lang_english.conf does not exist. either this file is missing or you did not rename lang.conf after an upgrade. try renaming /languages/lang.conf to /languages/lang_english.conf.不懂英文，头几次试装正常，后来装完重新登陆就出现上面的提示，求帮 助，谢谢！！thank you！！... Adding to the registration form

hello all, i'm new to pligg but very happy with it. i'm attempting to build my own niche social network and would like to know (or if there is an existing thread) how to add values or boxes to the registration page. things like a t&c checkbox, country, real name etc. any help or direction would be appreciated. thanks! doron...
