I downloaded the Erlang Book PDF Preview, just to see what a friendly Erlang introduction would be like. Oh man, I wish I had this when I picked it up. Some of it is a little too geared towards Java programmers who aren't used to map, filter, and all those other functional standbys, but otherwise it is a great introduction.
