Groovy desktops in the Bluegrass

wired etho doesn't work

hi i can't connect the internet using wired etho. the wireless works great, i tried other live distros with the same results.it has worded before, i installed 9.10 and had to install broadcom drivers using the wired etho.presently i am running 9.04. how do i check to see what i need to make it work? thanks tom_d...
