RFO: Server41.fsckvps.com

at approx 10pm gmt yesterday server41.fsckvps.com had its root system go r/o. we sent out an email scheduling an emergency reboot. we rebooted the system and it came up cleanly but shortly after the root file system went r/o again. first stage diagnostics showed potential issues with both disks in the raid-1 array.  as such rather than trying to potenti...
