subversion keychain issue

i had been ignoring the annoyance of subversion not remembering my username and password on my new mac (basically svn not pulling in saved credentials from keychain). this meant that i had to keep appending all svn commands with --username every time i wrote one and then type in my password, got more annoying because my office ldap username is different...
