MBP not shutting down Hardy

So, I've got the RC of hardy installed on my MBP pre santarosa, and It's working great! Only problem I've found really so far that I haven't cured is that it seems to not want to shut down. Dead keyboard in Hardy

So I thought I would try to put the Hardy Heron release candidate on my Macbook Pro. Install seemed to work fine. rEFIt has an entry for Linux but when I select it, a black screen with "no bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key" appears. Macbook 4,1 sound issues

I have installed hardy on my macbook and have got sound working following the walk throughs. However the sound in ubuntu is much quieter than in osx and is very tinny. I have been messing around with every option i can find, but nothing seems to make much difference.Does anyone have the same problem, or even a fix?Thanks.... (311 天前)
