Cranbury Station (Winter)

i certainly like to revisit places. especially those that i have connected with in some way. the cranbury station is one of those places. it was a stop along the camden-amboy rail road, which went out of service sometime in the early 1980's. before that time however, portions of the track were about a mile or so from my childhood home. this was close ... Old Milltown 1932

here's a tidbit from the somewhat fascinating history of this small town... due to the depression, michelin (which had employed over 2000 individuals), ceases operations in milltown and moves back to france. after michelin's departure, several firms have resided in the factory. over time however, it has become abandoned....
